The BEKAL Bureau is a division that handles preparations and assistance for entering higher education, managing scholarships, and alumni relations for Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School.

Structurally, it is directly overseen by the Director of Development of Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School, Ustadz Ryan Hidayat, Lc.

With this division, the process of preparing and assisting students in entering higher education and managing scholarships, as well as alumni relations, can be more focused, professional, and effective, supporting the institution in realizing its vision and mission.

Career Orientation for Students

This program includes various activities aimed at providing students with an orientation or inspiration about professions and offering guidance for course selection relevant to their future career paths. Parents and Alumni of Al Wafi are also involved in these activities.

Academic and Language Strengthening for Students

In terms of academics, students are provided with academic support and language skills preparation for entering higher education, including tutoring for entrance to State Universities (PTN) and universities in the Middle East and LIPIA. For language, an English program such as IELTS/TOEFL Preparation and Arabic language strengthening by scholars with Doctorates from Sudan is offered.

Information on Domestic, International, and Middle Eastern Universities

This program facilitates students by providing clear information regarding domestic universities (both PTN and popular private institutions), foreign universities (in Asia, Australia, Europe, the Americas, Africa), and universities in the Middle East through seminars about both domestic and foreign campuses. Students are also invited to visit nearby campuses, as well as universities in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia (in the Study Overseas program).

Preparation and Management of Registration Documents

This program helps students prepare the necessary documents for university applications, both domestic and abroad, including supporting documents such as Tazkiah or Recommendation Letters, document verification, translation of documents, as well as the creation of accounts and collective registrations.

Mapping of Interests and Talents

In these programs, students are assessed based on their interests, talents, academic abilities, language skills, and their future chosen major and university. These activities are also supported by the Psychology / Counseling Division and the International Affairs Division of Al Wafi.

Partnerships with Universities

Recognizing the importance of partnerships with universities, Al Wafi has established cooperation with various institutions, including Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University in Jakarta, Agrianita Institute of Bogor Agricultural University, National University of Malaysia, and others.
