Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School once again celebrated Idul Adha 1445 H with a strong spirit of sharing and togetherness. The celebration began with a solemn Idul Adha prayer held in the school grounds, attended by students, teachers, and staff.
The enthusiasm for qurban (sacrifice) was evident in the high level of participation in this year’s qurban program. There were two collective cows, one non-collective cow, and dozens of sheep sacrificed. Participants included students, alumni, parents of students, and members of the local community.
The qurban program at Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School was managed transparently and professionally. The qurban committee announced the list of donors, ensuring that every sacrificial animal met the necessary religious requirements, and distributed the qurban meat to those entitled to receive it.
Idul Adha is not just about sacrifice; it is also about strengthening ties of kinship and sharing happiness with others. Through this activity, Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School hopes to cultivate a sense of gratitude, social awareness, and a spirit of sharing among all members of the school and the surrounding community.
