From September 8 to 10, 2023, Al-Wafi Islamic Boarding School, Campus A, proudly hosted “Wafifest Female 3.0,” a vibrant festival celebrating the blend of religious devotion and creative expression. This three-day event featured a series of competitions that brought together talented young female students from various Islamic boarding schools across the country. Participants competed in diverse categories, including public speaking, khitobah (religious oratory), tahfidz (Quran memorization), and quiz contests. These competitions not only showcased the talents and skills of Muslimah students but also helped broaden their knowledge and abilities.
One of the festival’s most exciting moments was the award ceremony, where prizes were presented to the winners by Ustadz Ali Saman and the Foundation’s leadership. This ceremony added to the festival’s festive atmosphere, motivating participants to keep pursuing personal growth. In addition, Wafifest Female 3.0 featured a motivational talk show by special guest Dewi Sandra, who spoke passionately about the beauty of spiritual transformation—a key theme in the life journey of Muslim women. Her presence brought a sense of inspiration and reverence to the festival, enriching the religious experience for both participants and the audience.
Thus, “Wafifest Female 3.0” became more than just a competition; it was a platform for learning, personal development, and spiritual reflection for Muslim women across Indonesia.
