Depok, April 19, 2024 – Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School has organized a sharing and dialogue session focused on strengthening the learning concept through a holistic, harmonious, and exemplary approach. This event aims to address various challenges faced by students and was attended by the education and care division of Al Wafi IBS.
The first session was led by Ustadz Zainal Abidin, Lc., who emphasized the crucial role of educators as role models for the students. He encouraged educators to set the best examples in all activities, fulfill their responsibilities sincerely, and always express gratitude.
The sharing and dialogue approach implemented in this event is a key factor in enhancing educators’ competencies and creating an inclusive learning environment. By sharing experiences and engaging in open discussions, educators can learn from each other and enrich their insights in facing learning challenges.
The second session was conducted by Ustadz M. Suja’i Anhar, Lc., who presented a learning approach that combines Behaviorism, Cognitivism, Constructivism, and Multi-Approach methodologies. By integrating these various approaches, Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School is able to develop learning strategies that cater to the needs and potentials of each student.
The event concluded with a call to collectively address the challenges faced by educators and mentors, and to commit to providing the best for the nation’s future generations.
