Bogor, July 8, 2024 – Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School kicked off its work meeting (raker) with a briefing themed “Prime Service as the Top Priority,” presented by Coach Kartiko Adi Pramono. This briefing aimed to provide a deep understanding of the importance of prime service in creating quality education and comprehensive service, in line with the raker theme “Towards Prime Service: Quality Education, Comprehensive Service.”
Concepts of Service and Satisfaction
During the briefing session, Coach Kartiko comprehensively explained the concepts of service, satisfaction, and completeness. He also identified who the customers of Al Wafi are, both internal and external, so that every individual within the Al Wafi environment understands their role in providing the best service.
Dedication in Service
Coach Kartiko emphasized that prime service should be given to all parties involved in the educational process at Al Wafi. Teachers and staff must serve students with dedication, providing quality teaching and guiding them with serious attention.
Tasks to Understand Customer Needs
To deepen the participants’ understanding, Coach Kartiko assigned them the task of listing those they frequently encounter in their daily school life, the types of service that need to be provided to them, and how to measure the quality of the service rendered. This approach is expected to help participants better understand customer needs and develop more effective service strategies.
Interactive Session to Enhance Motivation
The briefing session was interactive, interspersed with ice breaking and games that made the atmosphere more lively and enjoyable. This is expected to enhance the spirit and motivation of the raker participants in formulating strategic steps to realize prime service at Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School.
Through this briefing, it is hoped that all participants can apply the service principles learned to create a better and higher quality educational environment.
